We needed to replace our older shower head and this one was actually perfect. It arrived quickly and was super easy for me to install. Great quality and water pressure with no leaking:). The different spray options are as expected and work great and are easy to quickly change as needed.

I wanted a shower head that was solid metal and had various shower options. The Moen unit meets those qualifications. I will admit that living in CA, there are water flow restrictors in the unit. Three to be exact. I found in a Google search how I could remove them. I only removed two and think one would have been enough, since it overwhelming improved the water flow. Since I don't take long showers, I think I am responsible to live with this decision. Now if I could find a sliding bar shower holder that has a larger than 1/2 inch opening for the hose. The heavier Moen shower head wants to pop out of my current holder.

We purchased this to replace the one in our master bath which was leaking. So far, it is working wonderfully and it is a perfect match to the rest of the plumbing fixtures in the shower

I currently have the shower head model 164928 and I wanted to get a similar shower head but larger which this one is. I was quite surprised however that this one had significantly less water pressure than the other one even though they are almost identical minus the size difference.

Previous shower head had broken and was in need of a comparable replacement. Luckily found this and was pleased at the quality of the shower. Easy to install and operate. Good purchase.

Lighter than the previous model. Had to replace the old one as it was broken.This is lighter, slightly wider but water pressure is good even with regulator. Of course you can remove the pressure regulator.Worth the money
