I hung these in my closet and never realized how much moisture actually went in there. After placing the bag, the bead particles have already started to melt, signifying that it's doing its job of collecting moisture. Depending on the moisture in your place, these will last quite a while. I like them and will continue to use them. Easy to use, just hang, and it does its job.

I've used DampRid for awhile to help with a musty and humid basement and it's amazing seeing how much water these things trap. These hanging bags are great to help spread out the moisture absorption and keep it out of reach of little ones. I actually got these for a car that had a bad sunroof seal that I didn't discover until it was quite wet inside. After getting out as much water as I could, there was still dampness in the carpet. After hanging one of these inside that dampness is gone and the car smells so much better. These are super easy to use, just take off the plastic and hang it up. No mess and nothing to mess up.

The box contains 3 bags which I place in each closet or space that you want to remove humidity. You can just hang them up and leave them to pull the moisture from the space. Each of these bag works for a few weeks -- helping to keep my closets fresh and avoid odors and water damage. This version is free of any fragrances.

While these moisture bags do technically work, the beads dry up really fast. I’m having to replace them much quicker than I have had to with other kinds of moisture bags despite these collecting less water than the bags I’ve used in the past. The other bags I’ve tried are around this same size but fill up with probably double the amount of water than these before the beads harden and need to be replaced. I just don’t get the longevity and performance out of these that I’m used to.

So, I have an unvented laundry room in an old, converted loft where they didn't vent dryers. Huge moisture problem! I have a portable lint-catcher, but that only solves some of the problem. I've been using this 3-pack for about 3 weeks, and MAN what a difference. They are in a small closet where my washer/dryer are (4' x 5"), and 2 of the 3 are about 1/3 liquified. The packs are crystals or beads that absorb airborne water and humidity, so as they absorb water, the beads liquify into a gel. Huge impact on the moisture in the space. I'll be ordering more.

Here's my updated review--after 30+ days hanging in two closets, these bags have completely failed at absorbing any moisture at all. I reread the directions to make sure I hadn't missed anything, so now I will just replace them both with something more effective. Here's what I said initially--I have two small closets in my bedroom that tend to be very damp. I've relied on hanging absorber bags for years. I just removed two of the higher priced bags from my closets and replaced them with my new Damp Check bags. I compared them during the switch and saw nothing to indicate that Damp Check bags aren't made just as well. In fact, the plastic hanger on one of the bags I removed snapped apart during retrieval. I took a second look at the hangers on the Damp Check bags and I think they look sturdier.I expect good things from these bags and expect to be ordering more! I'll be updating my review as appropriate!

These moisture absorber hanging bags are just what we needed for our closets, especially those with doors that open into bathrooms. They do a fantastic job of removing excess moisture, keeping everything dry and fresh. With no scent, they don’t overpower the space, which is a big plus. The design is super practical and easy to use - just hang them up and let them do their magic. Each bag lasts a good while, which means fewer replacements and more convenience. It’s reassuring to know they help prevent musty odors and potential water damage.I haven't noticed any difference at all between these and the more expensive name-brand ones. They work exactly the same. I like that they are fragrance free and don't have fake flower scent or something. For anyone dealing with humidity issues in closets or other small spaces, these dehumidifying bags are a simple and effective solution.
