These are smaller on the elastic used. Which makes them a little tighter so you can’t use them on just a few pages unless you have thick paper but you can use them on a hardback or leather back book especially to keep your pencils or markers together. I have really enjoyed mine, and are using them as gifts for My Bible Study .

I have a zipper Apple Pencil pen holder from Moko that I use when traveling since the elastic holder is a more secure way to hold the pen when everything is banging around inside a bag for hours. I found the quality good. However, we occasionally need a small USB-c dongle to HDMI to connect the iPad to a monitor for presentation. I bought this I was hoping the zipper pouch would be wide enough to also hold the dongle so that everything we need would be together.It probably wasn’t wide enough for the dongle. I was taking a gamble on that, but what made me very sad me was that, despite comparing the stated outer length of the pouch to the Apple Pencil, it ends up being too short. It just won’t fit inside.Moko doesn’t advertise this for apple pen, but for carrying pens with notebooks. It will do that great. Probably will hold 2 or 3 pens and mechanical pencils. It is too short for long wood pencils.I do like the elastic. It is firm but stretchy. It will fit around notebook as large as letter size. I’m not so sure about A4 size. The zipper seems fine.Pros:The elastic band is firmly stretchy. It will fit notebooks of e.g. 100 sheets and 8.5”x11”.It will fit standard pens, fountain pens, and mechanical pencilsZipper works well.ConsDoes not fit Apple PencilWill not fit long pencils like new wooden pencils (or black wingpencils)

I love this product! The elastic is wide enough to be substantial without being bulky. There's no buckle so my journal still easily closes. The 'pencil case' part fits my pen easily and would probably fit three normal sized biros. Value for money? Yes, definately! I would love more colours (the blue & pink) are great, but I'd like to buy more!
