These money belts are well made but not the best quality. They aren't bulky at all which makes them nice for a few things like some cash, chapstick, a couple tissues and maybe your phone. The belt isn't very good, it is a thin piece of elastic with a cheap plastic buckle and it isn't very long. They aren't dressy. I wanted something to put cash in for when I go to the farmers' market so I could get it easily and put it away easily with my hands full and I can open and close the zipper on these money belts with one hand. I wouldn't want to use them for most other occasions, but, I think they are okay for that.

At first glance, this would be a fine travel money belt, but in comparison to my old Lewis & Clark one, it falls short. First off, the fabric is a canvas-type rip-stop on both the front and back. My old money belt is a lighter-weight nylon rips-stop fabric and has a knit backing which is softer and more absorbent on sweaty days. The two zipper pockets of this money belt are fine, but my old one has a couple of compartments on the inside of the larger pocket, which is nice for organizing cards, cash, etc. They both have adjustable elastic waist straps that fasten with a clip buckle. The elastic waist strap for this money belt is only 21" long, which is long enough to fit around my waist/hips (I am 5'6" and 160 lbs.), but this could be a problem for a larger person. The elastic strap on my old money belt is 31".There is nothing wrong with this money belt....it will do the job. But for the price (even with two in a pack), there are better choices out there.
