I have another chisel which is a bit narrower and wanted something wider to break up 4” - 6” thick ice buildup on the sidewalks and driveway, the moment it arrived I put it on my SDS MAX and put it to work, all I can say it definitely did the job, and made quick work breaking up the ice with the 5” wide chisel.
