Purchased the 15ft cable - works well with a Dell Optiplex 3020 and a Dell E2222HS Monitor at 1080p 60Hz. Audio also comes though the monitor clearly if that functionality is required.The cable itself is approximately 1/4" thick and seems well constructed. However it's a bit inflexible so if you have to make tight bends near the jacks (e.g. your computer is less than 3" from a wall) that may be an issue.The ends also have locking latches which keep the cable securely attached to devices. Removing it from the Desktop wasn't a problem but getting it out from the monitor was a little more difficult because there's very little clearance to get one's index finger in-between the jack and monitor's back panel. But that is not an problem with the cable itself. I'm just mentioning it here because if you have the same clearance issue and don't have a lot of patience to finesse it out then just get one without the latches to avoid damaging both the cable and monitor.It's a good buy at $ 10.99.

These cables work perfectly and are the cheapest cables you can find which is likely why you are here to begin with. I bought three and all are working flawlessly.Notice one thing with essentially all of the 1 Star reviews. They consistently mention either 4k or refresh rates higher than 60. These cables are some of the thinnest display port cables I have seen. They are also 10ft. I don’t care what claims are made where in regards to what they are capable of. It is obvious from the reviews and from logic alone that putting them in an application that will push their limits will push your luck with them as well. If you own some $300 gaming monitor, honestly don’t buy the cheapest and longest cable you can to use with it. For the rest of us with sub 4k monitors and 60hz refresh rate these cables should work for you like they did for me at a very friendly price.

If your screen is turning off and on with this cable try unplugging your monitor. That fixed my issues on my LG ultragear monitor.

NOT a Display Port 1.2 Cable as it does NOT support 4k @ 60Hz. 4k @ 24Hz does seem to work; interestingly 60Hz doesn't work for any resolution, tested standard resolutions from 4k down to 800x600, only 24Hz worked. Returning this item as it's not what I need and it's falsely advertised.
