Not Many Current Reviews (Here’s One) 2-5-25Firstly the packaging was excellent, snug&secure. Very quick delivery (your weather permitting) . Unit fit for a 20X20 E. Fireplace Cabinet(gutted the old unit). Looks and Visual of Fire is Passable..Remote is a good decision when purchasing (Included). The HEAT is excellent, will blast a room warm in minutes!.. Quiet Fan!..Plus its a USA Location that your Faux E. Fireplace is arriving from.

Bought this to replace a similar product that quit working. It fit perfectly in the space of the original one. It has two heat settings whereas the original had only one. It has a remote, adjustable thermostat, timer and levels you can choose for the "fake fire" look which are nice features that the original heater didn't have. The heat output is exactly what we wanted to quickly heat the area we have on cold mornings. It's quiet at either the low or high setting. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the remote didn't have good instructions with it but after awhile a few tries we figured it out

I am very happy with this electric fireplace insert. For being a "fake" fireplace, I think it looks pretty realistic - the logs, the flames, etc. What I'm not real happy with is the fan noise. It's NOT real loud, just distracting. Otherwise, I do recommend it.

Heat output is excellent!!! Purchased to replace a similar model that just didn’t meet our expectations. This model is a keeper. Great output and nice flame and light visual. Easy to use. Only recommendation would be to have +/- for temperature control. You have to go to max temp then it starts over at a lower setting.

Wasn’t able to try this unit out due to no on and off panel on unit! wires were displayed were panel should have been.

So, when I received my order, I took it out of the box and tested it out and found that the display would not work at all. I had to send it back and amazon started a replacement immediately. The second one worked like a charm, the lights, display, and controls worked as they should. I haven't used the app yet, so we shall see it its any good. The other complaint I have about this unit is that the frame that holds the glass on the front was not square with the body of the heater. This caused the unit to not fit properly in the cabinet it was built for. Luckily, it was an easy fix. I just removed the screws from one side and squared it up, drilled new holes for the screws to mount in and it was all done.

Absolutely beautiful. Came in very quickly and assembled. I use it in my tv stand & worked perfectly. The only problem I had was the sticker to press for the controls wouldn’t stay on. I may have to contact customer service to have it replaced. Other than that I am very happy with my purchase.
