I bought these to replace the u-joints in my stock 1990 Jeep Cherokee Laredo front axles and they do not fit they are way too small

Very thick heavier duty greasable u-joints. One went in perfectly on either axle shaft of the '80 cj5 with the Dana 30 front axle, but one was slightly imperfect and I had to grind off a tiny spot that was raised and prevented it from going in. I should have returned the one, but I was in a hurry to get the front end put back together. I didn't heat it up and sprayed it with a little rust tough paint, so it should still be good. Time will tell, but I hope I don't have to tear into it again in the near future.
