Although these springs are designed for cars with 3rd row seats, these will fit WITHOUT MODIFICATION to your RAV 4 without the 3rd row option. It will raise the rear of the car (useful if you tow) and does not overly stiffen the ride. I wish I did this years ago.

Had low springs on my rav4(previous owner). Swapped them with these and what a difference in ride quality. Gained 3 inch lift as well. Swapping front ones next week and hope to see better results overall.

Really not much money for these rear springs and not all that difficult to change assuming you're competent with mechanics. Raised the rear over an inch and now even side to side. Ride feels much better. Original springs didn't look bad but you could tell the drivers side rear was softer. Always dipped on that side and it was 3/4 inches lower than the passenger side.

Great quality and fits perfect. Works as intended. Installed on my 2008 Toyota Rav4. With 3rd row seats. Stiffer springs for this application.

Bought these to freshen up a 2008 RAV4 rear suspension. Took about 3 hours total in the driveway to install. Google searches helped figure out the installation. Got about an inch of lift, and a firmer more controlled ride with new shocks too.

Springs are working great. I replaced the front springs and struts (all in one), front sway bar links, both rear spring upper and lower rubber insulators and the rear shocks as well. It feels like a brand new car. This spring set is designed for the Rav with the 3rd seat. I don't have a 3rd seat but they are the exact fit and it gives the Rav a slight lift, and rear load support that I was looking for. It works for me. Good product. Lots of info/videos online on how to install everything mentioned.
