Update: -1 Star from 3 now 2 stars. It cracked pouring water from my kettle this morning.It is quite challenging to place the stir bar in the center of the bottle because the bottom of the bottle has a significant bump in the middle, which is normal. However, it is difficult to position the stir bar in the middle because of this bump.

I got these for a friend who needed some water testing, but did not need a large amount of bottles. These worked great and he was very happy with them. Very sturdy and easy to ship off for testing.

I don't know how they work out in the laboratory, but was I looking for glass bottles for water and juice storage in the refrigerator. These work nicely for that.

Placed in autoclave the first time and it got deformed, not pyrex at all!!!Carefull it will NOT work

The bottles are in good shape and don't leak. There are a few minor imperfections in the glass, but nothing that effects their use.
