Trying to get the top bunk bars to line up was absolutely horrible we spent 3 hours and the bars that screw in kept running up short and would not fit in. We ended up calling it a night to try and work on it again. Amongst trying to fit them all in we had to unscrew one of the screw in ones and it completely broke inside the bar. This is not as easy as the bars all fit differently in the slots. Very frustrating.

I purchased this bunk bed for my 4 year old grandson. He loved the slide on the bed, that was the highlight of his day. It was sturdy and the quality was worth it.

I’m knocking it one star for how steep the slide is, both my 4 and 2 year olds are scared to go down it because once the mattress is on, it’s like a launching point ha. The ladder rungs could be a little closer together, too. My two year old can’t climb up it, and 4 year old has to really reach his legs to get up. I put it together by myself, took probably 1.5 hours. Easy instructions. It’s also pretty lightweight if you need to move it around.

It’s a cute and sturdy bed but it was missing 3 screws that hold the slide together. I’m a single mom and putting this together on my own was impossible. The slats are very difficult to get together and I ending up having to hire a task rabbit to finish it. The slide is also very steep and fast. My kids love it though and it is a nice looking bed.

I know it was assembled correctly but slide broke in less than 48 hours with a child weighing less than 46 pounds going down the slide. Too much of a hassle to take apart and return. Threw away box already. They no longer have stock in the product.
