This product had many imperfections both on the outside and on the inside. If it weren’t for these we would have kept it. A 5$ restocking charge is not appropriate for this as the product is inferior.

The design finish of the top section of the tagine is so primitive. Overall look is attractive but the very top section was finished off with an over sized bowl like handle. I have other tagines and they are far more in sync with the finished design then what I have received. Very disappointing given the rest of the piece. However it does have a lot of jagged edges. Another feature that is somewhat concerning is the fact that there is no "breather hole" in the top handle like my other Tagines. Is this a new design or type of Tagine? Colors and design as well as the size is just the product I expected. The flaws I described are somewhat disappointing when you see the wonderful picture vs. the product received.Glenn
