One striped out. Be careful not to over tighten. You don’t need this for your ground. Use a split bolt much cheaper.

I extended a 240V 60 AMP circuit to include two outlets for my two pottery kilns. They don't make wire nuts for 6 gauge wire so I used the Morris Products wire connectors. Simple to use this quality product, but they are big so you will need to account for some extra size in your electrical box selection.

This connector is superbly easy to use, assuming that one has good electrical knowledge. The dual entry makes it easy to reconfigure a junction box and make space. Note that each port can only take one wire, on one side. In all, you can place three (very thick) wires in each connector. This connector size is perfect for adding a 6 gauge wire type application to a 125 amp panel (0 gauge) wiring since it fits both. Note that this connector is not exactly small; you should check the dimension before ordering.

I'm building an off-grid cabin that is solar and wind powered. I have no need for 240 volts AC so I needed to convert a split phase electrical box to a single phase box using a back-fed two pole master breaker. NEC code does not permit you to parallel a wire from breaker to breaker as each breaker can have only one wire attached to it. So I called my electrician friend for a solution. He said to use a 97624 Multi-Cable Insulated Connector and provided me a link to this one on Amazon. To make a long story short, it was the perfect solution.

Fantastic and well worth the price! Using these (for one line, three load setup) to daisy chain two separate Tesla Wall Connectors and a 50 amp 14-50 plug for a motorhome. Since these have ports on both sides (hard to tell from the picture), it makes installing them a breeze!
