Add even more stability and security to your StepAbove RV Entry Step system with a handrail. Although many RVs come with a grab handle preinstalled, they can often be difficult to reach from the ground and awkward to hold while walking out of the RV. The StepAbove Handrail provides more stability the entire way in or out of your RV. Please note, this handrail is designed for all StepAbove 2nd Generation 3 step models. It will not fit earlier Generation 1 models. Please verify the bolt pattern shown matches your steps prior to ordering.

STP214-120H
The STP214-120H is designed for 4 step models of the StepAbove 2nd Generation.
The bolt holes on these steps will have 6'' of spacing on the top set of holes and 4.5'' on the bottom set.
STP214-121H
The STP214-121H is designed for 3 step models of the StepAbove 2nd Generation.
The bolt holes on these steps will have 4.5'' of spacing on the top set of holes and 1.375'' on the bottom set.
STP214-006H
The STP214-006H is designed for 4 step models of the StepAbove 1st Generation.
The bolt holes on these steps will have 5'' of spacing on both sets of bolt holes.
STP214-029H
The STP214-029H is designed for 3 step models of the StepAbove 1st Generation.
The bolt holes on these steps will have 5'' of spacing on the top set of holes and a single bolt hole on the bottom.

Product has a decent finish. Light weight and the holes lined up well. It mounted easily however was too tall when putting the steps away. (Imagine 2970rl)So after cutting the legs down and drilling new mounting holes we have a custom step rail that can stay attached when putting the steps away and it works great!

Quality product. My wife is handicapped and needed a secure handrail for getting into and out of our RV.This was super easy to install and is very sturdy. Would definitely buy again if needed. The only thing keeping it from getting 5-stars is the packaging. The item was packed loosely in a carton without any sort of restraint, protection or padding, which caused the paint to be scuffed on one of the corners. Likewise, the carton was of poor quality and sealed with only 3 small pieces of tape, 2 of which had broken open by the time it arrived, leaving the carton flopping open; it's amazing that it arrived at all. On the plus side, MORryde Customer Service was very responsive, and immediately sent me a can of touchup paint without my having to ask.

I unknowingly purchased the Gen 1 rail last year when we ordered our trailer. Found out when I went to install it (out of state) that our new trailer required the Gen 2. I was able to make it work, but decided to put the correct one on before starting travel season this year. A little more stable with the correct bolt alignment. Since I can’t return the original rail, I’ll modify it to add a second level of assist for my wife. Quality is good and easy to install. Like the first rail we ordered, the packaging is pretty well beat up by the time we got it. MorRyde has figured this out and tapes the hardware to inside of the box.

The handrail installed easily though there is more side to side movement than I'd prefer for a hand rail. Its bolted tightly -- I think its just the sheet metal that it bolts to.I installed the handrail and just left the steps out so we can go in an out without pulling the steps out all the time as its parked in my driveway -- but I didn't think to see how it fit in my trailer with the steps folded up into the door. It turns out there's not enough clearance between the trailer door and the interior wall in front of the door in a Jayco Eagle HT 312BHOK (and probably the 284BHOK) for the steps to fold in completely with the hand rail attached. I'll add photos when I get them.
