I live in the woods, surrounded by trees and a large body of water, so saying the mosquitoes are relentless would be an understatement. I couldn’t even walk from my front door to my car without getting bitten multiple times. These head nets made it possible for me to actually go outside, mow the lawn, and do some gardening for a few hours. Seriously, I don’t know how I got by without them for so long, but I’m so glad they exist. Each one comes with its own little drawstring bag, which makes organizing and transporting them super easy. I keep two in my house and two in my car, just in case. They’re not perfect, nothing is 100% mosquito-proof, but they help a lot. Now I just need one for the rest of my body.Pros:- Provides excellent mosquito/bug protection- Lightweight and breathable material- Comes with individual drawstring bags for easy storage- Fits comfortably over most hats and headwearCons:- Mesh could snag or tear if not handled carefully

I tried one of these over a straw hat I use to keep the sun off while birding. When I'm standing still for a while trying to get a clear look at and identify a bird, sometimes the mosquitos take the opportunity to go in my ears and face. If I bat the mosquitos away, the bird is startled and flies away. While this does obscure my vision a little, it was effective at keeping the mosquitos from getting me. I carry it with me in case I go somewhere they're bad. it a light weight material and I haven't put it through abuse, but for my occasional use I think these will work well.

Though these are for wearing over one's head, my wife has found an alternative use for them in her garden. Having problems with white moths laying eggs on her kale, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, etc. These fit right over the wire baskets she utilizes to cover over these plants. The mesh is small and tight, which keeps those moths from laying their eggs on the plants, or getting anywhere near them.We are pleased with the quality and workmanship on these nets, despite our using it for an alternative kind of application.

These work okay for their intended purpose, but they won't win any awards.Cheap and stiff material, and fairly spendy for what they are. I wouldn't want to wear these in a heavily wooded area or in area with any bushwhacking. They work fine out in the open though.Plenty big enough to fit over a hat and my big head. Has a cinch cord as well to help keep out all but the most determined of critters. Mosquitos can still bite you if this thing is laying up against your skin anywhere, so be mindful of how you wear it.The come in little bags which is handy and should help with the longevity of the nets.

These mosquito nets seem pretty good. Each net has it's own draw-string bag. The nets are large enough to extend down to the shoulders. At the bottom is a draw-string that allows you to cinch it tight around the collar area. The nets will have a few possible drawbacks. These downsides are inherent with the design, so I can't really fault the product.First, the mosquito net is rather stiff. The fabric doesn't drape down naturally like you would expect from typical fabric (e.g., a t-shirt). As a result, it will be bulky in some spots, awkwardly creased in spots, and difficult to position around your face. This is likely to get better after a few washes and some breaking-in.Second, the netting will still allow a mosquito to bite through the mesh. Again, this is inherent with the design. If you wear a baseball style hat, it is very likely that the netting will lay flush against the back of your head / ears / neck. If so, a mosquito will have no problem biting you through the mesh. A hat with a full brim (360 degrees) would go a long way to alleviate this issue. Finally, mosquito netting is very susceptible to snags. If you wear it on a well worn trail with no obstructions, you shouldn't have a problem. If you wear it while ducking under limbs or vines, you can expect a snag. Again, this isn't a fault of the product; this is the inherent nature of the design. All in all, no complaints.

I haven't used these yet, because the strong hemp odor—unsuccessfully masked by spray fabric "refresher"—is so strong I can't stand to have them close to my face. The mesh is flimsy and looks like it will rip easily. I suppose they will keep mosquitos off, but I can't try them until they're washed. Overpriced at $5 each at the time of this review, I can't recommend them.

Good mosquito head nets that fit well over my hat. I did have to restitch one of the little stuff bags because the drawstring had been stitched to the bag and wouldn’t function correctly. Other than that, they are fit to purpose.
