This head net is a godsend for hiking on buggy trails. I got eaten alive one early morning on a remote mountain trail, I literally was screaming and had tears of frustration after being swarmed by mosquitoes an hour into a mountain hike. A ranger found me sitting on the trail with a bandana wrapped around my head; he tried to give me his head net which I refused (he works there, I'm just there for fun, lol). When I got back from the hike, I immediately ordered head nets and never hike without two in my pack. My head nets are flesh tone, so I decided to try these black ones. I kind of prefer these black ones instead, this sounds weird, but I like my vision through the black instead of the flesh tone. Both colors are easy to see through though. They don't bother me while I'm wearing them, and I've actually drank water and beer through the netting, lol. I bought a black head net before from the big discount store, don't really like that one because it's stiff and a little scratchy. These head nets are soft. These head nets are large enough that I can wear a brimmed hiking hat with it, which is a good idea because then the net is away from your head and the mosquitoes can't get at you, or whine in your ear. The nets are good and long, so there's enough fabric to pool around your neck so the bugs can't get in.I'm taking these to hike the Scottish Highlands in May, very hopeful that they keep the horrendous midges out of my face. Midges are super tiny, hopefully they can't get through the net. I will update this review if they eat me alive! They are worth ever single penny of the $6.99 they cost.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟I'm thrilled with this mosquito net for the face! It's the perfect solution for enjoying the outdoors without becoming a snack for mosquitoes. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the net feels durable yet lightweight. I particularly love the snug fit that still allows for comfortable breathing. The small storage bag is a thoughtful addition, making it easy to pack and take on hikes or camping trips. Setting it up is a breeze, and it doesn’t obstruct my view or feel intrusive. It's clear that a lot of care went into designing something so functional and efficient.Overall, this mosquito net is an essential for anyone who loves adventure without the unwelcome company of bugs. Highly recommend!

Of all the seasons, I enjoy Spring and Summer the most. The one thing I don't enjoy about Spring and Summer is the pesky insects! Not just the bites, which are definitely a pain, but the annoying insects buzzing about your face or ears. Well, fret no more. Enter this Mosquito netting head cover! This Mosquito net is a great size to fit over your neck and shoulders. It will fit over a brimmed hat with a neck flap and still provide great coverage. I have a specific wider-brimmed cap with a neck flap that I always wear when hiking, watching my granddaughter play soccer, or working in the yard. This netting fits over it nicely! So I'm protected not only from the sun by the neck flap but also from mosquitos and other flying insects by the mosquito netting. The netting is long enough to cover the shoulder area and has a drawstring closure to cinch up around your neck or upper body.Overall, this is a GREAT tool for increasing the enjoyment of playing or working outdoors. At $5.99 for a two-pack (the price at the time of this review), it's an excellent addition to your outdoor kit.

We go thru a lot of head nets so wanted to replenish our stash. Some of the ones we've had in the past aren't long or wide enough but these are so ridiculously long you can almost put a small child in it. There's so much netting that it just sits on the shoulders and I'm not sure even wearing a wide brim hat will take up enough slack. The netting could probably be tucked inside a shirt but there's so much of it I'm not sure I could do it without help. There's a cinch cord on the bottom but if I cinch it I have just way too much netting around the neck area. The stitching is done well and the cinch cord is encased in a strip of material vs just the netting which is nice. I do wish there were a piece a fabric at the top of the net as I think it would help it from getting snagged when walking under low hanging tree branches (we have some of that on our trails). Having 2 storage bags would be nice so 2 people can carry one for when needed. What I can't stand is the smell. They definitely need to be aired out or washed before wearing. They are definitely cheaper than ones I've previously bought so if the length annoys me too much I'll shorten it up.

Great mesh to keep over your head and protect you from mosquitoes. I didn't have any issues with the quality of the item. It's simple to use and fits well over my head. You will have to wear a hat though to keep the net away from your skin.

I wanted something that I could easily tuck into my pack and then put on when stopped on a particularly active area. The bug net slips easily over your head. It doesn't feel too in the way. You can easily see through it.It works well and does a fair job of being sealed. This bug net also serves a dual purpose - as a blocker for dog fur when grooming an extra furry dog.
