Very good tool set. Spoke maintenance is very important to keep wheels true. A must have set for doing your own maintenance.

First printing of size can hardly be seen. Second came with damaged pouch and says 6 piece set, but only has 5 wrenches, missing the 5mm wrench. Dissappointed.

Disappointing product.Item arrived with tool holding plastic envelope split along one side.Wrenches had a mirror chrome plating but numeral etching for each size was very blurry.Actual size of wrench opening varied .012 to .016" larger than indicated size, allowing for a less than snug fit on ferrule flats. This would strip or round the corners on very tight spoke ferrules.A well designed tool that fails in accuracy due to poor manufacturing tolerances.Most importantly - Amazon refunded the full purchase price without any hassles.

The wrenches are ergonomic. They fit spoke nipples well. My only complaint is the finish is a bit rough.I contacted Motion Pro regarding the issue. They tried very hard to make me a happy customer. The problem was my expectations for a polished wrench at this price point did not coincide with Motion Pro's. I agree that a mirror finish does increase the price of the tool, something I am willing to pay for. Motion Pro agreed to exchange for an older set that was not polished.Best lesson learned? Motion Pro customer service absolutely rocks.
