I had the side fold up recently on my 35 year old CX500 as I was getting off of it. The clutch lever and my hip broke the fall. The ball end snapped off the lever and I got a beaut of a bruise. That's the back story.Anyway, I found this on Amazon and it was reasonably priced, so I sprung for it. It arrived quickly and it was a perfect fit. Took only a couple of minutes to change and I was back in business. Of course, the new, unfaded paint on the lever sticks out like a sore thumb compared to the rest of original paint.

Loved it so much I've bought 3.... Just not because I wanted to. Every bike I've owned seems to be drawn to the ground directly to the clutch lever. The handle itself is exactly as described. It feels and looks like the OEM lever and is strong and sturdy right up until the bike falls on it again.

The lever is durable and the movement is smooth. Well made. The part fit perfectly. I wish all automotive and motorcycle repairs were this simple.
