Second update, once this ball gets a little lane shine it just kind of works. Especially for house shots. It has enough traction in the oil and it goes back to the pocket very consistently. As long as your release is the same it will do a similar thing even as the lane breaks down.It does what it says. I like to stay toward the right and am right handed. I basically do the same throw at different speeds. My scores and consistency have gone up quite a bit since getting this ball. I think some lane shine is good for it. I’m not sure you need as much traction as this ball has out of the box.It does what it says, exactly like it says. It’s pretty good on high oil with a smooth shape, despite what they say it doesn’t allow you to stick with the ball longer when the lanes break down and is pretty much trash on everything but fresh oil. Maybe it’s good if you throw the ball 18mph and straight. It works, but it’s meh. I’m not going to get it re-drilled as I’d rather put the money toward a new ball. I may try to adjust the surface, but this is a review of the stock ball.
