It's a minor annoyance when the description does not specify the application correctly. Going to Motive Gear's website, you can clearly see they've identified this for the 2003 to 2006 TJ Rubicon. If you're looking for a bearing kit for a different variant of the Dana 44 (JK, or maybe an older application), you should go to their website first. This is going to be the case until the seller takes action on updating their descriptions.Since Amazon has replaced the Q&A section with their AI (Rufus) API, we can't get the seller's feedback.

The product arrived in the appropriate time-frame, packaging was fine and had the proper Timken bearings and races. The kit is not a complete rebuild kit the missing items cost me several hours of work time hunting for parts to complete the installation.This "major" rebuild kit did not have ANY pinion gear shims and makes the assumption you pinion has a non-flanged nut (but does not prove a washer for their un-flanged nut).ANY major rebuild kit I have bought before has had the pinion shims and the correct pinion nut. G2 (Timken Bearings) and USA Standard Gear (Koyo Bearings) BOTH include the COMPLETE kit and for similar prices. Lesson learned.
