Motive products makes a full line of brake bleeding tools. Dealers now charge $300 to $400 for a service that takes about an hour including cleanup of your tools. You should bleed your brakes ever 2-3 years. The complete Motive system costs a little over $100 and this attachment is so I can bleed my daughter's Hyundai (Dealer quote $304.24). I already have the correct tools for several other manufacturers. And my system is over 10 years old. Best of all, Motive products are made in the USA. Watch a few YouTube videos and you too will be able to easily bleed your brakes.

Item worked well for first use. During Cleaning noticed the pressure gauge was stuck at 5psi. May need better gauges.

It was pretty easy to figure out. I think I watched a YouTube video and it helped with bleeding the brake system out and getting all that contaminated brake fluid out of this antilock braking system. These new systems require a flush more often if it fails you’re looking at $3000 to replace, the antilock braking system electronic pump very expensive to replace the mechanic told me you didn’t change the fluid or the previous owner didn’t I bought a used antilock breaking pump for like 500 bucks and it was literally another $2000 to have him put it in or 1500 but man, I spent a lot of money it’s a lot cheaper!!! and stop the chance of it breaking

Worked great. I changed pads and rotors, and with this sweet tool easily flushed my brake lines by myself. Bit expensive for a shade tree mechanic, and may only use it a hand full of times but it is well worth it.

Does exactly what it was designed to do. No issues at all for me on a VB chassis WRX. Fits others as well but this just happened to be what I needed this model for. Bled the system perfectly first time. I have used this same brands various adapters on other vehicles too without any issues.

This system is the worst!!! I have worked on cars my entire life so it’s not like I don’t know what I’m doing. I saw this and watched someone use one on YouTube. I thought it looked great. I hooked the system up to my reservoir and tested the pressure for 15 minutes. It held fine and I was thinking this is going to work out really well. Then I put brake fluid in the tank, pressurized the tank and started flushing my brake fluid. While bleeding the second brake I hear a hissing sound. I go look and the lid on the brake fluid reservoir is leaking air. I try to tighten it and the lid pops completely off sending brake fluid everywhere. I was so pissed! I clean up the mess, get more brake fluid and try again. This time it holds but it still didn’t work well. I finally had my son come over and help me. We did it the old fashion way by pumping the brakes. I decided to try the system again to flush the brake fluid in my other vehicle. I put the cap on very tightly and I pressurized the tank to test it. About five minutes into the test the lid pops completely off. I try it again and it happens again. I won’t ever use it again as I can’t trust the lid not to pop off and spray brake fluid everywhere. A total waste of money, as in worthless.
