Slapped them on, set air mix screw to factory 2.5 turns out and runs perfectly. I no longer have to remove my factory carburetor to clean and adjust floats. After about 15 times of removing and installing it I purchased this and wish I did much sooner

Bought in July 24. Starts fine after installation, but as previously reported the engine won't pull through rpm range and touchy to idle adjust.Found that the Motocu jets did not match the Stock jets. And the Motocu needle profile was significantly different than the Stock profile.Removed jets and needles from Stock carb and installed in Motocu carb.Pilot: Motocu 40 to Stock 35Main: Motocu 122 to Stock 105 (Obviously the spare 120 and 125 jets are of no value).Choke: Motocu 25 vs. Stock 18 Did not exchangeNeedle: Motocu to StockAll parts are compatibly interchangeable between Motocu and Stock.Summary: The Motocu will get you going again, IF you have Stock carbs to cannibalize for jets/needle. In that case it is a heck-of-a-deal, even if for no more reason than cheap troubleshooting "is it the carbs, or something else"?

I bought these carbs for a 2007 Ninja 250 that has sat for years with old stale gas in the tank and carbs. I tried a few times to clean the original carbs and even though I’m a pretty good mechanic I could never get them working right. I finally caved in and bought this set and the bike started up perfectly and only required the slightest mixture adjustment to make them perfect. This bike runs great again and my only regret is that I didn’t buy these sooner.

I ordered this from Amazon. It arrived in 2 days. It bolted right up. Got it installed and it would not fill the float bowls. Had to take it back off and free up the float valves. Reinstalled it on the bike and the bike started right up and runs amazing. No adjustments were needed after install. Even the idler was set perfectly. I do suggest that you make sure you can blow through the fuel inlet tube before installing just in case you have the same issue I had. I wish I had done that but never have had to in the past. just a fluke I'm sure. I would check it just to be sure though. It is a great carb for the price!!

Let's be clear, these are not OE Keihins. But, I installed them and the bike started and runs... a bit more tuning is needed, and maybe smaller jets as they're running pretty rich, but for the price I can't complain much. OE carbs are over $1k and these were less than 10% of that.My biggest complaint is there's no bracket for the idle speed adjustment, and the brackets for the throttle cables need a bit of tweaking to hold the bottom nut on each cable correctly. For the price, I can put in the work to fix those minor issues.Edit: I would recommend buying a couple jet kits with this; I'm not sure what jets are in it, but in the box there's a little bag that had a 120 and a 125 jet; I have no idea why someone would want to change just one, and I haven't pulled the bowls to see what's in it from the factory (yet). I'd still buy these carbs (and might buy a second pair for another bike), but understand that you might need to spend an extra $20 and some labor time to get it just right. While you're at it do yourself a favor and replace the Phillips (or JIS?) screws with socket cap screws - M4x14 on the bottom, M4x16 with a split ring lock washer on the top (if you're trying to stay with OE lengths). I think there's plenty of room for M4x16s on the bottom if you want them. You'll thank yourself if you have to take them apart in 8 years to clean them.

I spent all summer working on my ninja 250 just trying to get it running. I bought this carb thinking it was the issue but it didn’t fix it, it had the wrong size jets because this carb isn’t specifically for my bike but after all summer I found that two little pin holes on the main jet were clogged from the old keys causing all of my issues. The carb is good, no issues with it, just issues with a bike that’s sat for the past decade
