I love these fail safe thermostats. If you ever have cooling issues these work great and keep your vehicle from overheating if the thermostat fails. They stay open instead of closed when they fail.

The thermostat doesn't fit out of the box. If you remove the pre-installed gasket, it fits perfectly. You just need a new gasket that sits on top of the thermostat. I got mad and reused the old gasket. No leaks, works fine.
