The cap fit. The holding plug was a snap to push in. Didn't fix my engine problem. Though I don't think it has to to work.

The rubber o-rings on gas caps Go bad all the time. They deteriorate from the gas. This was a great replacement and kept my check. Engine light off

It fit perfectly and the safety strap plugged right in where it was supposed to. I had an OBD code P0455, and this fixed it.
