The clips did not hold the plug wires down to the coils. had to use zip ties to hold onto coils. Pretty sad for being OEM replacements.

Bought these for my Mark VIII after the poorly designed engine shot a spark plug out and destroyed the plug wire. I replaced the ignition coils with genuine Motorcraft and spent the extra 20 dollars to have these genuine Motorcraft wires. Car was misfiring in a few days then lost fire entirely to one cylinder. Replaced that wire with the old after-market wire that was on it. The next week another wire burned out. I arranged for a replacement set to be sent. Lots of work changing wires on this car. Next set had the same problem - every 6 or seven days a wire would go bad. I would be in other cities changing out wires off a hot engine. So much labor, poor gas mileage and expense because of these wires. I replaced them with a set of Champions 6 months ago and haven't had a problem since. I'll never buy Motorcraft anything ever again.
