It is original OEM Ford part but did not have grease fitting exactly like the original. I took the time to ad one and now I am happy. 4 stars because of not having grease fitting. Otherwise perfect.

I originally ordered part number MDOE25 to replace the drag link on my 2007 F-250 Super Duty with FX4 suspension, but the item is no longer available. Doing a little research, I found that the MDOE37 part is supposed to be a direct replacement. I was a bit skeptical, but figured I could return the item if it wasn't correct. No problems at all -- the item is exactly the same and installed perfectly. Ford wanted nearly $400 to replace the DL, and I was able to do it for $115.00 thanks to Amazon.com.
