2024 s1000rr...has to sand a hair of the footpeg( maybe 1/32) on the front of peg and a little (maybe 1/32) off the inside of it then the extension fit snug and level.Make sure to locktite the screws!But the s1000rr the peg is in more than any other bike so it is a constant twist your ankle in and when you need to hit brakes quickly reflex memory does not tell you to twist ankle in that far (unless you have only rode the s1000 your entire riding life).This extension put the peg out about 1" farther which makes it feel like the "normal" sport bike rear brake peg position.(Would love to upload Pic but will only let me use camera not gallery photos...) maybe ...have one uploaded..damn updates!

It is good craftmanship but it did not fit my 2024 GSXS-1000Gx. Improvised by removing some of the metal on the back then glued it on with engine glue. Looks and works great now.
