It seems that my grandson may have appendages that are too slim for the design of these knee and arm pads, as they continuously slipped down his legs and arms during use. This lack of fit made us question their effectiveness in providing the necessary protection during a fall; we didn’t feel confident that they would stay securely in place when needed. On the positive side, these knee pads are well constructed with ample padding and a sturdy hard plastic shell specifically designed to shield the joints from impact. The overall quality of materials used is good, and they would likely withstand a reasonable amount of wear and tear. These knee pads might be a suitable purchase for parents whose children have a more muscular build, or they could be a good option for those who can devise a way to keep them firmly affixed without having to modify the original design. A better fit would certainly enhance their usability and protective capabilities.

My nephew started riding a scooter and bought these for a little protection. IUt actually works well because it looks good and nephew likes wearing it. Easy to put on and adds security to the important paart of yiur body, elbow and knee. Good equipment to have and attractive enough to wear.

We got these for our grandson who is learning to ride a bike and rollerskates. They've already saved his skin more times than I can count. They're tough and made of thick plastic. Bonus: the black/red combination is perfect for him because they're the Miles Morales colors and that's his favorite character right now.

When my kid decided they wanted to learn how to roller skate, I knew we'd be in for a lot of bumps and bruises. Then I found these! Yes, my kid is still falling down, but these elbow and knee pads extend down the length of the forearm and the shin, protecting them much better than traditional pads. They're flexible, easy enough for my kid to put on by themselves, and have stood up to quite a few falls! I love the extra length and the flexibility most, and my kid loves that they can put them on without having to stop and wait for help.

These knee pads are a total win for my active kid! They’re super comfy, easy to adjust, and have already protected my kid from scrapes a couple of times. The padding is just right, protective but not bulky. Highly recommend for any little adventurers

Fit toddlers and young children. Quality was decent and price was great. Unfortunately, they didn’t work for my son.

Easy to put on. Very protective but we haven’t had any accidents to really test it out. It allows movement. It fits my 7 year old but it’s a tad bit too big, so they fall off sometimes.

These "motorcycle" pads are well made and the material is a durable plastic. The stitching is great, and I expect it to last a while. The knee/shin guards are a better fit than the forearm/elbow. The elastic on the arms is too close to the elbow, and it digs into my eight year-olds arm. This style of guard is good for motorized bikes and scooter/boards; they're not the best for pedal bikes and skateboards-- in other words, higher physical movement. A lot of movement makes them shift about and slide down.
