Product looks well built and assembly is not complicated considering there are no instructions supplied. I was able to assemble by simply looking at the Amazon description photo. All mounting hardware looks to be there and line up with the R NINET. However, you’ll notice there is no plate mounted in the description pictures. The mounting plate is too small for an actual mc plate. At least my Pennsylvania tag and holes are all over the edge. I am only able to line up one hole. I cannot contact seller for some reason to confirm a part was not actually missing. All i need is to have two holes to mount a plate and i would be on the road right now instead of sitting here writing a one star review. Now I'm assuming I can either return the entire mount, or I have work to do and will have to start drilling just to mount this plate. Or worse, have to buy another part to make this work. I absolutely hate buying a product that I will have to then modify afterwards. Especially when it’s specifically designed and stated to fit your application. I will update my rating and review if anyone makes an effort to contact me and help resolve this issue.**Update- I finished installing this unit and I must say that I am a completely unsatisfied customer. The one star stays. I would really like to hear from the person who left a 5 star review on this one. This may work for some European plates, or even some outdated US plates. Perhaps even a sideways hanger. Definitely not a current Pa tag. You can see from my pictures that it needs modifications and additional parts to mount a simple license plate. Hardware is low quality and will strip if you’re not careful. Use a very low torque setting. Or have a small child tighten up this hardware. I even had to trim the license plate for it to fit around the light. Poor design, shab hardware and I will probably end up throwing this in the garbage in the near future. Considering I had to drill and modify to do the intended job. The under frame is also exposed on the underside and the bottom even has a duplicate light mount for some strange reason??? This design was most likely conceived on a bar napkin. Move on and buy a different brand.
