I’ve never used one of these cases before, and I wasn’t thrilled by the directions being in Chinese and there being no picture directions at all for the handles. (Not saying that was hard to figure out with a glance around at the listing on Amazon, but I shouldn’t have had to look there.) Overall, this was easy to figure out how to put together where the instructions had gaps. I love the color, I really like the padding and the small pockets in it. And it’s nice that it has double handles for carrying it. I hope this holds up as well as it looks, because the warning in the top of the box makes it seem really fragile and not capable of holding around 10 pounds, I think it was. Not to mention the speed restriction. Not sure how to rate this unless it actually disintegrates under too heavy a load.

ABS is plastic, this is not an aluminum case. that said, you get a lot for your money. fit and finish are good and the hardware is reasonably strong and the overall aesthetic is pleasant. the included back pad is just okay. the interior padding is very thin and not great quality but it's a nice aesthetic touch. this top box can be quickly removed and reattached to its baseplate. strength is okay, as shown a light person could stand on it but I wouldn't. overall this is priced a bit above other similar products but offers more security and much better looks.
