This is a nice and very reactive moving head beam light. It's very strong and bright with a good long throw. Excellent DMX options and good sound mode without. Creates a fun and vibrant atmosphere, I highly recommend!

This robot light is the, well, you know what! I don’t have a Dmx controller, but even using the presets, this thing kicks! Wish I had 2 or 3 more. And a fog machine too! It’s pretty ruggedly constructed, ABS type plastics, but good quality. I’m a little concerned about transporting it, since it has all that articulation, so pro-tip: maybe keep the box and foam around until you’ve got another solution.

Marketed as a "beam" spot but doesn't throw a single RGBW beam of light.I'm not sure what the point of this lighting fixture even is except to put it on stage in a self running mode pointing up at the ceiling through haze. It can't be used to aim at talent or stage scenery as it doesn't converge the RGBW internal LEDs onto a single fixed point.Instead, it throws 4 separate beams of light (depending on your choice of colors), slightly off axis from each other. If you chose to use only a single color LED then this deficiency will not be noticeable - so there's that.The light is also only controllable via DMX or by putting it into an auto mode (though it's quite difficult to choose the modes from the on-fixture display as it likes to return to a default setting within a few seconds, rarely giving you time to make your selection of sub-mode.I can't recommend this fixture for anything but novelty use given that it can't be set to illuminate a single area of the stage (without limiting yourself to a single color of R, G, B, or W.)

We used it for our Halloween set-up, it was bright, easy to use, and everyone love it. Now for next year I am going to purchase a few more light and a DMX controller.

As you see in my pictures, this dj light is very compact and small, so if you are looking forward to have a big party, this wouldn't work for you. I usually use these light with music sync which is the easiest way to do so and works just fine. The DMX, cord is included, but I've never used it because I didn't have one. Besides, the light has beautiful scenes and the brightness is great for home parties. I blieve it's worth for the quality, but in my case is too small.
