Microphone plugged into XR iphone with no problem. I immediately recorded test videos from different distances. Microphone is clipped to my shirt, very simple and very effective attachment. Sound quality is good.

I'm very happy with the sound quality and simplicity of use. The adapter tail means this can work with an iPhone or Andriod (with an optional tail) and the long cable is a plus. The only downside - and it's kind of a big one for me; to listen what I just recorded, I have to unplug the mic. This might just be an iPhone quirk, but it would be much simpler if the phone speakers still worked with the mic plugged in.

I appreciate the quality of the product, as it records audio in a very good quality, and already includes the adapter for the iPhone jack.The length of the cable is perfect for recording videos at home and outdoors.
