I like this remote start but here lately it only starts my truck about half the time. It'll crank over not even one revolution before it stops cranking. Not enough time. My truck starts very easy with the key but this MPC doesn't crank long enough, not everytime though. Not sure why. I haven't reached out to customer care yet.
fun and challenging

06 2500 Cummins, works great but it's easy to overlook connections. Follow the directions to a T and you won't have any issues. If you run into a quality issue, tech support is more than willing to work with you and get you the corrected parts. 100% would buy products for other applications.

Really is plug and play. Had a bad harness but they help diagnose a fix. Also had a programing issue. They sent out the flash for the remote start and were very helpful

Overall the mpc remote start did it’s job and it seems to work pretty good. Take the time to read the directions and clearly understand the wiring diagram. The harness is a bit generic so it will come with other add-ons which you may not need. Also make sure you watch some YouTube videos on how to disassemble the dash for your vehicle. We strongly recommend that the seller includes more zip ties and miscellaneous wiring items.Mine was a dodge 2006 2500

I installed this on a 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 5.9L Automatic. Very easy install however, I had a little problem. The remote side would start the truck but the key side would not. I called tech support. Great support by the way! With tech supports help we figured this out. There is a wire, A18 that has a sticker that say's cut if a wrangler so, since I have a Dodge, I didn't cut it. But apparently you had to cut the wire so there would be a direct MUX connection. Without cutting the MUX wire the sentry security system in the truck would not recognize the signal and feed back through and cause it not to start on the key side. It had to be a direct connection. This is good to know for anyone else that installs one of these remote start kits. They stayed on the phone with me until we figured this out. Works great now. Kudos to tech support! The only CON I have is, I wish you didn't have to push the lock button three times to start and to shut off because the horn sounds every time when lock is pushed. Maybe in a future update there will be a way to not have the horn not sound. I think there is an option to shut off the horn through the truck system though.
