This product appears to be all inclusive however what they do not tell you is you have to also purchase the app in order to use it to the tune of 175$ plus $39 per year! No where is this mentioned until you go to install the kit. Total waste of money.

Product didn't fit the car ordered for and have yet to get e response back from seller about how to ship it back. Been more than 3 weeks

Worked for 9 months. Glad everything was plug and not spliced. 18 Escape would only start with remote start. With the key in the ignition and the key turned. The remote start would not let me shift into gear or touch the brake without it killing the engine (like it does if there is not a key in the ignition). Would not recommend. I bought on Amazon. Contacted seller still waiting to see what they say.

Item does its job. There is a loose connector somewhere that intermittently prevents it from operating, but that is probably due to an installation issue

It’s easy to install but the programming it’s horrible, when I was looking forward to buying it it said plug and play, in the instructions given to me that’s what it look like also, but when I did all of that and it wasn’t working I contact tech support, their service is horrible also I email them the way they wrote and word the email makes you feel like you don’t know what your doing and can’t read, smh so the email kept going back and for so what it turn to be a plug and play now was cut this wired do this and more and more I was not happy with the product and customer service from tech support...

They seem to have sent me my paperwork for this item that I ordered but the wiring seems to be for a 2016 or something because it's close but doesn't line up. Technical support never answers either.

Very easy to install in my 2017 Ford Escape. The longest part of the installation was getting the box to sync, which was my error because I wasn’t doing it fast enough or in time to sync it properly. I would definitely recommend especially for the price. Just keep in mind, the system used the factory remotes so the range is limited as compared to other systems.
