Product worked but I had an installation issue and called the help number. I was placed on hold for an hour with no response. I did get a response email though.I installed another remote starter from another company in the past with impeccable tech service.Also my other remote starter has my parking lights go on when the car starts. This product doesn’t so I don’t know if the car is running unless I’m close enough to hear it or see exhaust coming out.

Instructions were a little difficult to read, but other than that it went together great. It has been working in my car ever since. It does occasionally have a hiccup where you need to make sure it actually started. But for the money, it was a great purchase and Id buy it again. There were only like one or two wires you needed to splice into, other than that everything was plug n' play.

The unit I received was not an operable unit. I had to pay shipping to send it back and was also out $200 bucks for the install guy to spend half a day trying to get it to work. They said they would not help me with either. Buyer beware!

This was easy to install and program as I have a lot of mechanical/electrical experience. However, I did notice that they have good pictures and video how to available. Works great and exactly as described
