Versatile and attractive. We used them for a party to control flow and warn of the edge of the patio (trip hazard). Use sand for weights, not water, because the water did leak. The sand worked great. Easy to use and plenty of "chain".

Plan on purchasing some sand and filling the base up a little bit to give it some weight. These have been durable additions to our restaurant patio to help define the patio for ABC purposes and to extend it as necessary. I actually purchased a second set to have some additional stands and chain.

This item will not stand up on its own. The base has holes to mount onto something solid, it falls over unless you do this. The weight of the plastic chain pulls it over. It is very cheap feeling and looking. Very disappointing for the cost.

These work well, especially with some sand in the bottom. Gave a 4 star review because the chain has lost a few links after only a few uses. Overall I do like them.
