My mom is a big collector of music boxes. I bought her this and she had “never seen anything like it” great sound, lights, and animation. We displayed it in a window over Christmas everyone loved it

This is a beautiful carousel! It brings back favorite childhood memories....It is made well, all the lights, music and settings work as expected and it arrived early without any damage. The interior packaging was amazing. Note that it is large. I would buy it all over again!

This Carousel proved to be the PERFECT GIFT for someone who has just about everything else. I purchased this for that very special person and she ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT!!! Originally, the price was almost $300 and I kept it in my shopping cart of saved items. Then it suddenly dropped to $215. So I immediately purchased it. Anyway, in general, the item is quite pricey. But I would follow this same pattern again. Save in shopping cart, and if possible, wait to see if the price drops lower. I am planning to give the same gift to another special person for Christmas 2023.

Although this is a very beautiful carousel, I would not recommend it. The sound of the rotating gears that cause the carousel to spin and the animals to go up and down is so loud it can be heard above the music, unless the music is set to nearly its loudest setting. At this setting the music is too loud for anyone sitting near the carousel. So, if you purchase one, I can only recommend that you never turn it on. I will see if this gets better over time.
