Fabric feels smooth and soft with a stretch having an instant snap back. The Medium fit for a 5'7 146.2 pound athletically relaxed build is snug throughout the arms with extra pressure on the forearm peaks, the collar is more U shaped than O and it dips down touching the collarbone. The collar feels like it rides up on the sides of the neck when touching it, but it looks like it's just outside the neck. The shoulder seams are short of my shoulder edges.I plan to size up.

I ordinarily order t-shirts and long underwear in large, but with Mr. Davis, I started moving to medium after my large seemed to be a little too large. I am 5'10" and 195 lb, so I was concerned that a medium would be short in the long sleeve length. It was not--a perfect fit. Due to the elasticity of these shirts, they fit close without being tight. They give a feeling like nothing else.This is not a thermal undershirt. It will keep you comfortable. It looks good, and could be worn alone casually, as a bedtime top, or as a base layer camping, for which purpose it won't likely provide a lot of warmth but will be good for keeping you cool, dry and out of direct sun exposure.

My husband has MS - his body has difficulty regulating his temperature. I keep the house cool so he doesn't get overheated, but then he gets chilly. These shirts are a terrific weight so help his body stay balanced in the air conditioning. I ordered several. They are soft and super comfortable. He is a medium and that size fits well. They don't get stretched or out of shape with wearing and sleeping. Terrific product!
