Made from a specially fired clay, it helps to maintain desirable moisture levels in brown sugar and all types of sugar for approximately 3 to 6 months, depending on climate. No more chiseling through rock-hard sugar! Easy to use. Simply soak the Brown Sugar Cookie in clean water for 20-minutes, pat dry, and place it in with items in an airtight container. The absorbed water will release slowly to help keep items moist longer. Should items begin to harden, just remove Brown Sugar Cookie and repeat the soaking process. Use after soaking to soften and maintain moisture in brown sugar, granulated sugar, sugar in the raw, turbinado sugar, and sugar substitutes, baked goods, cakes, cookies, marshmallows, even dried fruit. Or, use it dry without soaking to absorb moisture and keep spices, salt, crackers, pretzels and chips dry and crispy. It did what it’s supposed to. Keeps our brown sugar nice and fresh. Kept the sugar from clustering and hardening. 10/10 would recommend.

If you bake and use brown sugar you know it can get brick hard and be almost impossible to use. This simple tool gets and keeps it soft as when first opened. You just soak it and place it in the container. So simple and works perfectly. Best part it can be used over and over.

I greatly needed something to help with my brown sugar since I am a homemaker and have struggled with my sugar getting rock-hard after a shirt period of time...I live in CO where we are at high elevation and it is very dry here. I followed the instructions to soak for 15 minutes in water and place into airtight container with sugar...this began to work quickly and noticed the sugar was softening quickly. Love this purchase! And price is reasonable.

I was having a lot of problem with my brown sugar getting hard so when I heard about this I bought it I just love it. My brown sugar last a lot longer now, it's small so it doesn't take up room and it's has a cute pattern on it the price was just amazing it came in a small plastic bag so it was easy to open, it does not have a scent and the color does not run.It well save you money by extending the life of your brown sugar.

Totally saved my brown sugars. There’s very low humidity where I live so my brown sugar was as hard as a rock and all clumped. I bought this and totally saved my brown sugar. Follow the directions in the package(although I left mine for an hour coz I forgot while I was cleaning) put it in the middle of my container and in a couple days works like magic! I would definitely recommend this product. It got sent to me in a a tight package with no cracks! ☺️

There's nothing I dislike about this product. Doesn't take long to soak in water. Keeps my brown sugar moist for weeks.

I had some brown sugar that was so hard, that slamming it against my counter-top barely broke it up. After soaking this saver for 20 minutes, I placed in in the container with the brown sugar. The next morning, the brown sugar was still in a block, but when I touched it, it crumbled easily and I was able to use it as normal. Two weeks later, it still soft/usable (as seen in the picture).

These ceramic disks are designed to soften hard brown sugar and keep it soft. They are easy to use and a must in a dry environment. When I returned to my winter home in SW TX, the brown sugar was a solid rock. I soaked the disk, let it sit in the bag overnight and had a full bag of sugar without a single lump. I love them.
