I cleaned my laptop screen thoroughly as instructed with the alcohol wipe, lint free cloth and dust grabber, then I applied the screen protector. It immediately had multiple bubbles that appeared to be due to small dust particles. I tried to remove them with the provided bubble remover tool, but it would not move them out. I lifted the screen protector and recleaned the laptop screen twice, and each time it was just getting worse.I contacted Mr. Shield support, and they suggested that I try again with more patience, making sure all dust is off the screen before laying the protector down on it. They sent me a replacement so that I could try again. This time it worked perfectly!So I suggest working in good light to make sure ALL dust particles are off of the screen before applying the protector. Take patience and work in as dust-free of a room that you can.
