Ordered a sample of this. Was shipped in a plastic pouch with no bubble wrap or other padding. Several of the tiles arrived broken with lots of tiny shards of tile making a mess and hazard. Based on this I have eliminated this from consideration for my project. I'm not going to spend a lot of money on product that could arrive THIS damaged. A little common sense would say you should not ship glass/ceramic tile unprotected in a thin plastic pouch! The 2-stars are because I still like the color and overall look of the tile. Too bad.

Looks great in my new kitchen with white cabinets, white quartz counters, and black hardware, grey walls. Elegant and homey. Took a risk—worth it.
