I was offered a full refund but that was in excess of what was needed so we settled on a credit for future purchase. The hats were great just the clips were broken. I will definitely purchase again from this seller./I ordered 2 one for each of my grandsons for Christmas. They both came with the sizing clips damaged and unusable. So sad. The hats themselves are nice and look nice but can’t be used because they won’t adjust.
