I do not usually write reviews on here, but I will for this deck box here. The quality feels prettt alright for a cheap deck box. I've seen other reviews that mention about it being cheap, but for me who has a bunch of decks and put them in, with a GameGenic storage box to put all my playable decks in, I do not have to worry about the magnet issue.Speaking of the magnet issue, it is rather weak to open. Like I said, very cheaply made box here. My biggest issue is the fact that while it made the claim that it could fit double sleeved, maybe for other outer sleeves, but Dragonshield Oversleeves are a VERY tight fit. I barely have all mine in there, so it could be slight false advertising, but people with different outer sleeves may have different results. That being said, while the look of the deck box looks great. It really does not hold up to the "100 Double Sleeved Card Deck Box". Maybe single sleeved? Possibly, but if you are try it with a Pre Con you are not planning to use a lot or not really all caring for the value for so you can test it for yourself. However, knowing I might get use out of it anyway. It can have 2 Stars, but it might be a same day return from me if I can't even do the single sleeved properly as intended. :/

If you want a better box there's plenty. But for the price this is good, it's small and portable (my main reason for purchase)

My 12 year old son uses this to store some of his Pokemon card decks and has enjoyed it. It is decent quality and stores the cards as intended. The price is reasonable for what it is and it looks nice. The magnet could be stronger, but it is a decent option all things considered.Overall 4.7/5

This review is for the Viyohoh brand Commander deck box with the round window, in black and red.At first glance, this deck box appears to be another example of a proven design used by many companies. The materials, both outer and inner, are the same as other deck boxes of this general style and price range. It holds a full double sleeved Commander deck. It’s black. Look more closely, however, and the differences readily make themselves apparent.First: The top and how it opens and closes.Instead of a full, side-width flap like most deck boxes of this sort, this one features a single little 1.25”x2” flap with a single magnet to keep it shut. This appears to be a standard magnet for this type of deck box. The problem is that it just doesn’t have enough power to hold the top securely closed against even light pressure. Even slight upward pressure causes the magnet to slide, allowing the top to open. If you shake it, it opens. If you drop it, it opens. Not good.Second: The ‘Commander Window’.Most boxes of this sort feature a full length ‘Commander Window’, that allows you to see most of whatever card you put there. This one only has a half-length, rounded window that only lets you see the card art and maybe a little text. Fine if you only have a couple decks, annoying otherwise. This appears to be a change for the sake of making a change, with the result being less functional than the original. Again, not good.Third: The ‘Commander Window’ card holder.Again, most boxes of this type that feature a ‘Commander Window’ also have a slot sized for a top loader to place a card. Some have a built-in card holder while others are designed in such a way that you can place or remove a top loader with ease. Not so, this box. Instead, this box appears to feature a flexible plastic card sleeve sewn to the top of the box. Not only that, but the sleeve is so stiff it’s a little difficult to get an unsleeved card into it without forcing it, much less something sleeved; you can forget about a top loader. I can only imagine no one would want to even attempt jamming any of the more valuable commander cards in that tight space. For the third time, NOT GOOD.I would not use this for a valuable deck. I would not recommend this deck box when there are so many others with better designs in the same price range. I wouldn't recommend this deck box at all. I get what the designers were trying to do, but they took a reasonably reliable design and made it worse in just about every way that matters for a Commander Window type deck box. They forgot the most important rule of engineering: If It Ain’t Broke, Don’t Fix It.

I was pleased to be given the chance to review this item. It’s definitely a keeper! I had my significant other grab a sleeved (and still in its original box) Commander deck and went to work moving it over to the new box. It was a bit challenging to fit the sleeved Commander card in the display window slot. If it’s a card you really value, be really careful with that. It is tight, so getting it out again may cause you to pinch/bend the card. That is really my main quibble with this box.It can hold both sleeved and unsleeved cards. It comes with two dividers. You can stand the cards upright if desired, but the box will not close if you do so (see photo). We fit the full sleeved deck (the token cards were not sleeved) into this with ease. The magnet that holds it closed is VERY secure. In one of the photos, I’m holding it upside down (with the full deck inside), and it is still fully secure. I like the solid black exterior and gray interior. At the current price point, we’ll likely get 3 more for the rest of the Warhammer 40k MTG commander decks.I should add: we are casual MTG players/collectors who mostly play at home. Most of our decks are (single) sleeved and in their original paper boxes. This seems perfectly fine for us. Edited to add: I can confirm that if you shake it while it's upside down, the cards will fall out. (Mine fell out at the second shake.) I'm not sure why you'd intentionally do this though?
