The pattern on this scarf is beautiful, and it is indeed warm. But after only about four weeks of normal use, it pills and sheds over everything I wear it with. I sometimes find myself pulling fuzzy bits off my face. I've owned many wool scarves, and never had one that did this like this one. So for the price, I simply can't recommend it, even though it is quite beautiful when brand new. I was very disappointed.
