Muddy does not offer repair parts for any of their pop-up blinds. One of the fiberglass rods in mine broke in a snow storm and they can't get me a replacement rod. Even if this was a warranty item they require that you show proof of purchase from an authorized retailer which I am pretty sure Amazon is not. Good blind as long as nothing breaks

the side hub broke on this blind while closing it up. I called muddy and THEY DON'T MAKE REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR GROUND BLINDS!!! This got 1 star because it's required to submit. they get 0 stars from me
