These are very nice cups, I have used them every day since I purchased them. But, I quickly realized that they were not as sturdy and one had already cracked. They are so stunning and they hold hot and cold beverages well. Usually, I have to reheat my tea, yet with these, I noticed that they hold heat well, and stay very cold when left in the frig with fluid.

Worthy of Five stars, based of overall appearance, weight, feel , size , and comfort of these beautifully crafted mugs. It was even very well packaged.Unfortunately,I had one shattered mug in each of the two sets I got delivered today.That had absolutely nothing to do with the quality of the mugs, probably the way it was mishandled in transit.....
