Do not purchase. Base does not stick to dash board so it just slides off. Your phone will not fit in the slot if you have any type of case on it. Product is useless and was returned. Should have been zero stars if they would have let me put that.

The car mat is only great if you have a flat dash and don’t grab things from it. It does not sit/cling well if there’s any sort of curve. Even then, it clings decently to flat dash, but is still pushed around when adding/removing anything from it. Just grabbing glasses made it slide easily. It does not slip and slide while driving, but any human touch or grab moves it. Maybe it’s not made for the material that makes up my dashboard?Other than the cling factor, it’s pretty good. There’s no strong odor. It’s easy to remove, wipe, and clean. There’s no residue or glue. The mat size is great for glasses, change, or small items.Unfortunately, because of the cling factor, it is completely unusable and useless for me. Since it doesn’t stick to curved dashboards I couldn’t put it near my steering wheel/driver side so no point in even adding the phone mount. My passenger side is flat, and I tried it there for a day to see if I could use it to store my glasses, but that kept sliding too.

This felt like a good purchase at first—it’s a handy, rotatable anti-skid pad with a built-in temporary parking number. I liked that it could hold my phone, sunglasses, and other small items, but it ended up being too big for my dashboard, so I couldn’t really use it.

I needed a phone holder that did not attach to my car (vents, cupholder, etc) for my old SL550. The Car Anti-Slip Mat Auto Universal Phone Holder was perfect. It sits on top of my dash and holds the phone. It does not slip which is great. The phone fits snugly in the phone holder and rotates for best view. At first, my phone with case did not fit into the phone slot and I was disappointed. With a little more interaction with the phone holder, I realized that it was adaptable and could open (with spring return) to accept larger phones than the initial slot size.I will probably not use the tray, but the tray is important to provide a larger surface area to prevent sliding on the dash. The bottom side of the tray is very sticky to prevent sliding. I am concerned that leaving the try on my leather dash may cause some "problems" over time so I will only leave the try on the dash when driving and will remove when parked.The set comes with numbers to attach to the base of the phone holder. The numbers are of no practical value to me, but will use the "sticker" numbers for other applications. They are for "temp" parking spot numbers - not my need.This "set" is very helpful for my needs and should be helpful to others with a similar issue.

The silicone stays in place pretty well on my dashboard so no need for adhesive. That was my main reason for wanting this style item. Glue on my dash is not an option. It holds my phone well and makes it easier to view the GPS map while driving. I can take it out of the car with minimal effort and put it on a rental or whatever I need without any fear of damage from glue. Super small and rolls up so you can put it in your bag when traveling. Beats not having a phone mount in a rental or trying to carry a bulky one with you.

I received this order within a couple of days. Unfortunately it was missing the piece that holds a phone - which is the main purpose of the product.

It holds my phone perfectly and gives me a handy spot to place small items. And It is also very useful as a temporary parking sign. Would recommend。
