I had to extend line-level audio via outdoor fiber to support a live-streaming setup. I was amazed at the audio quality and discovered a ground loop in the underlying system that I had not been able to audibly detect before. Basically, you just plug them in and they work!

Very easy to install as I already had the fiber in place. Just hook up the audio source and they work great. We use them to run intercom from one building to another through the fiber connection.
