I got this tarp as a cheaper alternative to a kayak cover. It does the job quite well, my main concern was blocking the sun while the kayak sits outside in the yard. Shipping was slow is my only complaint.

It does work for now. The material its a little thin but at the end it has a good side for what we wanted to use it so its fine for us for now.

It seems to be holding up rather well after the few used we’ve had with it! At first I was weary because the thickness felt a tad off and I was worried it would tear or shred after the kids moved or ran on it- but it’s held strong thus far!

On the first use of this tarp (used under and folded over a blow-up swimming pool), two of the grommets at the corners tore out of the tarp. The tarp is pretty thin for being described as “heavy duty”. We used it for 7 days before deflating our pool and putting the tarp away. We did notice discoloration and thinning of the material where water had collected between the pool bottom and the tarp. The second time we used the tarp was, again, to set the inflatable pool on and to cover the pool. We placed the part without the grommets under the pool this time and used the rest to cover over the pool. This was up for only 5 days this time. When we took it down, there was “shredded” plastic where the tarp has weakened near the other 2 corner grommets. We figure we might get one more use (under the pool) out of this tarp before we have to throw it away. There are just too many areas of weakened spots to be able to use it for anything else.

I originally purchased this for camping but we did not need it (thankfully). When I came home from camping, the motor on my window went in my Jeep but I was leaving for a road trip to NC and didn't have time to get it replaced so I used the tarp to cover my Jeep door. Well, we had tropical storm weather for days and not ONE DROP of water got into my Jeep. Ill say this tarp held up great. I'm extremely happy I had this on hand!

So I was going to a festival and I knew I needed a tarp. This was the only one that could arrive before the time I had to leave. I'd read the reviews and was a little worried, but I knew I'd probably end up tossing the tarp after the festival anyway.It arrived and in great condition! Sure its thing, but it was waterproof and no tears, which is exactly what I needed.It rained during the festival, and I know for a fact if we hadn't had the tarp, things would have been 10 times worse. I threw it away after the 5 days, it did manage to get punctured by some particularly spikey grass. But It served our purpose!

It is big, a little smaller than it's stated size, but close enough for me. It had grommets spaced perfectly for my needs. It's a nice shade of blue. It's soft and flexible easy to move around. The four stars is for all the things I like about it, including it's price. I can not give it 5 starts because it is thin and made in China. I did go back and order another one because I'm pretty sure this tarp won't last, yet it's good enough to reorder.
