It has taken me ages to get around to this review and that's not entirely my fault. Mostly my fault, yes, but not entirely.I don't know if it's just my unit, but the setup was god awful. I've gotten a few network connected items before and was able to set those up through the network just fine, but not this thing. The biggest hurdle is that there's a web setup page I simply can not access. I can, through various methods, access the web address, at which point it prompts for authorization and I type in the default username and password "admin admin" but no matter how many times I try, it never works. I can even get it to spit out the clear text login and password on a piece of receipt paper so I know it's still default, but it doesn't work. I've tried different browsers, different computers, all to no avail.I did manage to get it working with a combination of tools I found on their website, which was a task in itself. The instructions were somewhere between badly written and blatantly misleading having me download zips and telling me to run files that didn't exist within. Most of the documentation is in the form of QR codes that link to videos. I don't want to depend on the internet and Youtube for documentation. I like paper. Physical media having gone the way of the dodo, I will not hold them to including a CD, but a piece of paper with a link to well written instructions in English and a comprehensive list of all drivers and utilities is the bare minimum. Videos are all well and good and can help with some issues or are better for some people, but they're no substitute for clear and well written documentation.Once set up, it is superb. The print quality is excellent and the built in cutter makes the receipt tear off neatly without it falling to the floor. It sets up on windows as a standard printer and works with any windows program that supports those standards. The last complaint I have is about the printer always advertising itself as an AP to connect to. Once I have it set up I want to turn this off. It may be possible to do so in the web interface, but I can't get to it and the setting tool doesn't seem to have any features that would allow me to disable it. That sounds like a security vulnerability to me, and an avoidable one. It also clogs up the radio waves with another transmission that has no real purpose once the setup is finished.Still, for a small shop that doesn't want to run network cables hither and thither, it's pretty nice. When it works, it works great. I just wasn't a fan of getting there and worry about how long it'll stay there, or if I might have a better experience had I been able to access the web admin panel like it says. I'm not going to say you shouldn't buy it, but I won't say you should, either.

This POS receipt printer is a great option for small businesses! The printing quality is excellent, and it works well with multiple devices – I've tried it with both iOS and Android. The WiFi setup is pretty straightforward, though it took me a few tries to get it going. The wall mount is a nice feature if you have limited counter space. The only drawback is that the printer can be a bit loud, but for the price and performance, it's a solid investment.

This receipt printer seems to be very good. I only need the use of it for a few months out of the year and haven't yet taken to any events so far, but I was able to easily follow the instructions and set it up on my home network to do some testing. I mainly got this particular one because of its ability to use WiFi connections. I also tested it with the USB and it worked great there as well.No issues or problems. Once I actually use it for real, I'll update this review if I have any bad experiences.

This printer was surprisingly well made and has a ton of features. I really love the WiFi option as well as being able to use ethernet. The printer can connect and control a cash drawer which is a bonus. I have this setup with Square and it works wonderfully. The print quality is great and the setup was easy. The printer is very quiet but prints very fast. The thermal roll capacity is amazing and holds a larger than most printers sized roll. Overall a great printer if you need to connect to a POS.

This receipt printer works great! It is perfect for printing out a list to put on the outside of a tote, or you can add it to your pos system and the receipt prints out flawlessly. It prints quickly, so you're not waiting on it to register and process a long time. It is easy to set up and takes normal thermal receipt paper rolls.

This is a good, business-grade printer. It's quick, and I really like the automatic cutter. This makes it so that I can hit enter on the register app and have the printer spit out a receipt before I can reach for the printer. I also like the way that this loads - it's simple, and reliable. Getting the printer up and running took a few extra steps. Getting the proper driver was a bit awkward, requiring downloading from a 3rd party host.I would have been much more comfortable downloading this from the manufacturer or just having a hash to verify. There's a lot of info available on the manufacturer's website, including videos, but it's fragmented. I wish that some of the core, most critical info, was more centralized, or ideally in the printed manual.
